Following the consultation, practices receive a recommended engagement plan tailored to identified operational needs.

This allows us to assess scope and prepare appropriately prior to scheduling.
Initial Consultation
Initial consultations are offered at no cost and are reserved for practices seeking structured operational, compliance, or revenue support.
That last line is important.
“Reserved for practices seeking structured support” filters people who just want to “pick your brain.”
