CAQH Profile Setup & Attestation

CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) is required by most insurance companies during the credentialing process. Many providers experience credentialing delays because their CAQH profile is incomplete or not properly attested.

The Wonsi Method assists providers with setting up and completing their CAQH profile to ensure it meets payer requirements.

This service includes:

Important:

Providers must have their NPI and Tax ID available prior to CAQH setup.

CAQH profile ownership remains with the provider. Login credentials will be securely shared with the provider upon completion.
